  • How to pay – Pay securely by credit card (through PayPal & Stripe), NZ bank transfer, or cash (for Christchurch pick-up).
  • Bonus for cash or bank transfer – Pay by cash or NZ bank transfer and receive a 5% store voucher for your next purchase.
  • When to pay – Payment must be completed before we can ship your order.
  • Prices – All prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
  • Secure checkout – Payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways. We don’t store your card details.
  • Fraud checks – We may confirm your order details for security. Orders we believe to be fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded.

Payment Policy

We want paying for your LEGO to be as smooth as clicking two bricks together. Here’s how it works:

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit Cards – Processed securely via Stripe & PayPal
  • NZ Bank Transfer (internet banking)
  • Cash – For Christchurch pick-up orders only

Special Bonus – 5% Store Voucher

  • Pay by cash (pick-up only) or NZ bank transfer and you’ll receive a 5% store voucher for your next purchase.
  • Store vouchers are issued after payment is confirmed and are valid for 12 months.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment Timing

  • Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched or collected.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed and you receive our Order Confirmation Email.

Pricing

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • If a pricing or product description error occurs, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund.

Security & Privacy

  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
  • Sunland Bricks does not store your credit card details.
  • Your personal information is protected under the Privacy Act 2020.

Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our business:

  • We may contact you to confirm order details.
  • Orders triggering a security alert may require proof of identity or payment authorisation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of being fraudulent.

Your Rights

Nothing in this Payment Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
